Our Philosophy
P413 is based on the bible verse Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who gives me Strength. My belief is that through movement and proper nutrition you can transform yourself and be on a path to live a life of longevity, purpose, and vitality!
A NOTE FROM BRIDGET
Hello! Glad you stopped by! A little about myself! I always grew up playing sports in high school therefore I was constantly exercising. When I went to college, I started running and fell in love with the sport. I continued running after college and started running in road races. 10ks became half marathons, half marathons became full marathons, and I am now on a goal of running marathons in all 50 states! 11 more to go woohoo!! College is where I found my passion for fitness and nutrition. I graduated college with my Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and have been a personal trainer with over 30 years of experience. I started P413 Fitness and Nutrition and have the privilege of waking up each day loving what I do for a living!! I work one on one with clients either virtually or in person ranging from kiddos to elderly! Throughout my many years of personal training I have always worked with my clients on nutrition plans and it wasn’t until my own experience that I decided to dive a little deeper into the functional nutrition side of my business.
In 2022, I went through a period of time of unexplained weight loss. I decided to go to a functional medicine doctor who did several tests to discover I was very nutrient deficient. I was floored. “What- I eat extremely clean and workout constantly”. Basically some of the foods that we feel healthy may turn out to be not so healthy, and you must fuel your exercise level!! I decided I wanted to extend my knowledge and skills and help others learn more about their nutrition and lifestyle needs! After an intense year, I proudly became a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner! My approach is focusing on supporting the bio-individuality of each person to get to the root cause through specific foundations and precision testing! I then tailor food choices, supplements, and lifestyle adjustments to fit the individual. I would love to share my passion with you and help you create your personalized nutrition and/or fitness plan aimed at optimizing your overall well-being.
